Seeking Balance provides audio exercises and courses for the mental game of poker (focus, tilt, composure, and emotional regulation). It is for educational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not:

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app and its content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, record, resell, or publicly share the audio or other content.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, sharing your account, circumventing access controls, or using the app unlawfully.
All audio, text, and other content in the app is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Feedback or ideas you submit may be used by us to improve the app without obligation to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
