Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not by us. To change or cancel:
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open You → Settings → Restore purchases in the app to restore an existing subscription or lifetime access.
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time. See Delete your account for the steps, or email us and we'll handle it.
Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are subject to their policies and are requested through them. We're happy to help point you in the right direction — just reach out.
